2 March 2024, the route commenced operation, running between Waddon Marsh and Whyteleafe South via Route 434's former route using existing existing Enviro200 MMC EV bodied BYD D8URs from Route 450.
18 May 2024, brand new Enviro200 MMC EV bodied BYD D8URs were introduced.
